Little Conejo is a casual taco shop with a mezcal bar. We are located in a historic building in downtown Vancouver. We strive to use only the freshest ingredients for food and beverage. We grind raw, organic corn daily to produce our own masa. This is the secret to our fresh and delicious tortillas. Our chef and Co owner Mark Wooten partners with our manager; Melissa Joubert, to operate Phantom Rabbit Farm. Their farm is the main source for our produce during the spring, summer, and fall. Our tacos are made with love and so are our mezcals. Our bar is stocked with over 70 different mezcals. We offer flights, cocktails, beer & wine as well.
